Information we collect

We collect account details, contact and delivery information, product selections, quantities, artwork, design orders, messages, approvals, order history, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use this information to save your work, prepare quotes and proofs, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent misuse, improve the ordering experience, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Service providers

Information may be shared only as needed with suppliers, production partners, delivery providers, payment processors, Printavo, hosting providers, and other vendors involved in completing or securing your order. Payment-card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Top Custom Designer.

Artwork and files

Your uploaded files are private to your account and authorized Top Custom staff. Files may be retained with order records so you can reorder and so Top Custom can document production approvals.

Your choices

You may update account information from your account page and request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by contacting Top Custom. Some order and transaction records must be retained for legal, tax, dispute, or operational requirements.

Security

Top Custom uses access controls, protected credentials, encrypted connections, and limited staff access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
