Ordering terms

Order review

Submitting a order places an order with Top Custom for review. It does not authorize immediate production or create a charge. Product availability, artwork, decoration method, pricing, taxes, delivery, and timing remain subject to final confirmation.

Final approval and payment

Production begins only after you approve the final quote and production proof and complete the requested payment. Changes made after approval may affect price and completion timing.

Artwork responsibility

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image, name, trademark, and other material you submit. Top Custom may decline content it reasonably believes cannot be reproduced lawfully.

Color and placement

On-screen previews are visual guides. Garment construction, print processes, monitor settings, and normal production tolerances can cause reasonable differences in color, size, and placement. The approved production proof controls the order.

Inventory and substitutions

Supplier inventory changes quickly. Top Custom will not substitute products, colors, or sizes without your approval when a requested item becomes unavailable.

Cancellations and custom goods

Contact Top Custom immediately to request cancellation. Costs already incurred after approval—including garments, artwork preparation, screens, transfers, embroidery setup, or completed production—may not be refundable. Custom-decorated merchandise is not returnable for preference or sizing changes; verified production defects will be reviewed promptly.

Delivery and timing

Estimated dates begin after final approval, payment, and availability confirmation. Carrier delays and events outside Top Custom’s reasonable control may affect delivery.
